The aim of the SeaFeed project was to develop and standardize the action method of seaweed based on the treatment of lactic acid bacteria and other fermentation microorganisms.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The lactic acid bacteria break down polysaccharides in the seaweed, making it more digestible and usable as a feed supplement rich in oligosaccharides and polyphenols with a variety of bioactivity and prebiotic
