The intention is to make &quot;S\u00e6tfisk&quot; a food souvenir for tourists in Iceland and to explore the possibility of marketing abroad. This report states what has been done to achieve these goals. The project included the preparation of the company&#039;s quality manual, inspection and evaluation of desirable equipment to increase production and the production of promotional material and participation in presentations in the area. It was also examined which methods are most suitable for marketing the product.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the project was ongoing development of the prototype &quot;S\u00e6tfiskur&quot; which has been developed by Reykholl Gunnu at Rif and has received notable acceptance.
