Matís participated in the Blue Open House event, held on April 30th as part of Innovation Week. The event was organised by the Ocean Cluster and forms part of efforts to strengthen visibility, networking and collaboration within the innovation ecosystem.
Matís had a display stand at the event where visitors had the opportunity to learn about the diverse activities of the company. Among the topics presented was an analysis of the regulatory environment and European Union requirements on novel foods, carried out within the project SEAFOODTURE.Also presented was Matís Food Entrepreneurs Centre and experimental kitchen, a facility that meets food production requirements and is intended for entrepreneurs and small-scale producers taking their first steps in production.
The event was well attended and created good opportunities for conversation with interested visitors, knowledge sharing and networking in a positive and creative atmosphere.
