Matís has established a new specialist group, Environment & Air Quality, within its service division. The group is intended to provide services to industry in Iceland in relation to environmental monitoring and permit-required measurements, and Matís has recruited specialists with extensive experience in this field.
The service is divided into three focus areas:
- Sampling, management and consultancy in relation to environmental monitoring and pollution measurements
- Emission and air quality measurements
- Operation, servicing and maintenance of automatic air quality monitoring instruments
The group works closely with the accredited chemical analysis laboratory of Matís (chemical measurements) and ALS Scandinavia for which Matís is the authorised representative in Iceland, with the goal of offering comprehensive services in the field of pollution measurements for industry in the country.
