The aim of the project is to create a network about the utilization of red and light food in the Nordic countries.

In the project, knowledge will be exchanged regarding sustainability, fishing, processing and markets for redfish and lightfish. The project will hold a conference on the subject in Denmark in the first part of 2024, and formulate further research focuses that can contribute to Nordic cooperation in the field of utilization of red and photocatalysts.
