The main aim of the project is to Prepare Longyearbyen on Svalbard, as the world’s northernmost town, to become a food destination with culinary experiences amongst others based on coastal captured and processed red king crab and snow crab.
The project is led by Nofima. Matís manages tasks on assessing the local and tourist market potential, development and testing of food concepts and culinary experiences among tourists in Svalbard.
