The goal of the project is to develop a prediction model that can predict the quality and shelf life of food.

The prediction model will be based on a comprehensive artificial intelligence database on various quality, freshness and shelf life factors, which will be linked to real data from the food value chain. Within the project, the sea will primarily focus on fish food.
