The goal of the project "LuLam wrap" is to develop and test environmentally friendly, biodegradable packaging for Icelandic foods, from raw Icelandic Alaskan scallops and kelp.
This is a collaborative project sponsored by Matvælasjóð and carried out by Efnasmíðjunni, Sedna-Biopack, Matís and Sälufélag Garðyrkjumanna.
