3-4 week online course held twice for university students in RIS countries. The courses were divided into two parts. On the one hand, there were lectures, discussions and projects about allergens and food intolerance, and on the other, product development and entrepreneur training. Group work in developing ideas for products, services or other things that can make life easier for people with food allergies and intolerances.
